Easter Egg Hunts
What better way to kick off the Easter celebrations than with a good old Easter egg hunt? Wembley hosts various Easter egg hunts in its parks and recreational areas, providing endless fun for families and children. On Tuesday 2nd April, Chalkhill Community Centre will be hosting a variety of free Easter-themes activities, including a classic Easter egg hunt and egg decorating. They will also be offering tasty treats and snacks for all attendees. IKEA is also getting festive this year and hosting a free egg hunt game around its flagship Wembley store – find all the eggs to crack the secret code and win a prize.

Everyone knows Londoners love a farmers’ market, whether that’s exploring the stalls with a coffee or filling your bag with local produce for the week ahead. On Saturday 30th March, Wembley Park is setting up stalls for its own farmers’ market, selling fresh produce, artisan goods, and of course sweet Easter treats.
Between 9am and 3pm, you can get your hands on a range of goods being sold by local makers and traders, including homemade candles, organic wines, handmade ceramics, vintage clothing, crafted homeware, imported Italian deli goods and truffles, botanical plants, artisan fudge and more.
Easter Sunday Lunch
After a morning filled with Easter egg hunts and festive activities, why not unwind and have a day off from the kitchen by booking to have Easter Sunday lunch at a local pub or restaurant. Go on a hunt for the best Sunday lunch in Wembley at one of its many cherished pubs. We recommend The White Horse or The Torch, both of which are serving lunch on Sunday 31st March. In addition to the classic British roast, Wembley offers a diverse range of culinary experiences and international cuisines. Check out the Londonist’s Wembley food guide and see what takes your fancy.
Wembley is extremely well connected to Central London. In just 20 minutes via the Metropolitan line from Wembley Park, join the London Easter 10k at Regent’s Park on Monday 10th April – a great way to burn off those Easter calories! All abilities are welcome and there is also the chance to catch a glimpse of some of the animals at the zoo. Children are welcome and there is also a two mile fun run option. With a medal to take home at the end, it’s an uplifting way to end the Easter weekend celebrations.
“Easter also marks the essence of Spring being brought back into our lives, and Fulton & Fifth will be a hub of new life and activity. With it’s plentiful pockets of green and new retail and leisure spaces, the development will seamlessly integrate into Wembley’s vibrant culture during these celebratory periods.”
